By placing your order with Zi’s Piri Piri, you the consumer are in turn accepting all the stated terms and conditions.

Any information provided to Zi’s Piri Piri shall not be passed onto any third party for any purpose. Credit/Debit card transactions are processed externally and no sensitive data is saved or kept by Zi’s Piri Piri. Any such information is transmitted to and from Zi’s Piri Piri in encrypted form using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections to help protect such information from interception.

Delivery Times

Zi’s Piri Piri aims to deliver your food within 45 minutes, of you the consumer having placed your order.

Our goal is to provide the best food delivery service in the market. Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan and factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from achieving this.

Refund Policy

In the event of Zi’s Piri Piri needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 – 10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel an order at any time up until either:

1. In the case of any advance order (which is/are order(s) placed more than 1 day before a requested delivery date), up to 1 day before the order is due to be delivered; or
2. In the case of same day orders and deliveries, within a reasonable time (usually just a matter of minutes) and before the order becomes a Bad Order.

Zi’s Piri Piri will classify a bad order as any order in which is cancelled after food has been used to start preparing the order (a “Bad Order”).

Customers can cancel an order by telephoning the relevant Store to cancel the order.
An order may be subsequently cancelled by Zi’s Piri Piri with their sole discretion after you have been presented with the Confirmation Screen. Zi’s Piri Piri reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.

You will not be charged for cancelled orders made in accordance with these cancellation provisions. Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled by Zi’s Piri Piri will usually be reimbursed using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Any order cancelled after the point in which the order becomes a Bad Order will be charged to the customer and no refund will be due to the customer.
